The mill used to produce this fiber will have used a fine oil on this fiber during processing. I recommend gently handwashing your final product with a gentle wool wash in cool or luke warm water.

Here at Primary Fiber we strive to produce top quality Mohair. Our herd enjoy the beautiful rolling pastures of our 500-acre farm in Monroe Georgia. Happy healthy goats produce beautiful Mohair. Our goats are allowed to graze pasture 24/7 so some minimal vegetable matter may be present in our products. We utilize local cottage mills to produce any product we do not process here on the farm.
